Hello everyone this is Nithilan here and today I am going to be sharing what I learnt from the book Believe by Suresh Raina with Bharat Sudaresan
SUREASH RAINA – BELIEVE
This is a book (autobiography) written by Suresh Raina himself with Bharat Sudaresan in this book he will be explaining about his life
Suresh Raina studied in a hostel in a sports complex at Lucknow during that time seniors in the hostel used to bully and rag others because of this reason Suresh Raina lived there with a fear inside
At one point Suresh Raina was not able to bear these things anymore and decided to suicide but, he was also scared of this suicidal attempt so he was like “I play cricket great then why should I suicide” and started concentrating on cricket and by looking at his performance state level players like Mohammad Kaif said “You are really good at cricket keep on practising, you might have a chance to get on the Indian cricket team”
Those words got stitched in Raina’s mind and he was like “Insult me as much as you want but I am going to achieve huge in the field of cricket” and worked really hard and it led to him get chance in the Indian team at the age of 18.
He was able to feel the tension among the teammates during the matches too. He made some friends along the way through a roller coaster ride called as life
He is a man who never gave up on his dreams and kept moving forward and never looked back at hates and insults, he just acts as he can’t hear it and never turn back
Just like Suresh Raina we all of us should keep on walking towards our dream and never ever give up.
So take it like this, You going on a huge journey nights an days pass by and after 1 week your almost there and there is a huge rocks blocking your way, you have two choice either to turn back and leave or climb across the rock to get to the other side
The choice is in your hand, Suresh Raina decided to climb across the rock to reach his destiny
So here is all I learnt from this book hope you learnt something new today
